How's it going, The previous owner put an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on the car but everything is pretty much stock on the car except for a 3" downpipe and a Flowmaster exhaust other then that it's all stock. I really don't think it needs it but I wanted to see what all of your thoughts are.

The question is ?
If you are worried about the adjustable regulator, it's a harmless mod and can help with adjustability as you tweak things.

I just remembered the it also has a fuel pump and hot wire kit installed. What's an appropriate pressure to set the FPR at with a nearly stock set up?

Depends on the chip in car ...
With the vacuum line OFF the regulator, I would expect between 40-43 psi as a good starting point. That's where a scan tool can really help dial it in via the INT and BLMs.
