Injector Question
I have a set of MSD #38s.... they are only 13 ohm I do believe... the stock injectors im told are 14 ohm ... do you think this would matter?

Nope ...
Stock injector drivers in the ECM will see slightly more amperage, but they have plenty of capacity.

Question: I just purchased an 87 GN which has 30 lb. green stripes. Would this be a reason as to why I am only getting 10mpg with the air on around town?

I doubt it ... injector size, with a properly calibrated chip, won't affect mileage significantly (within reason).
30# injectors are almost stockers anyway.
