Re: Forged crank
For...what?
Stock block? Stage II block? TA block? On center? Off center? I believe GM still sells one for the Stage II off-center motors, unmachined. Other than that, you're going aftermarket. And they're not cheap. Cost will depend on application, bore (i.e. 3.8, 4.1, larger, etc.), stroke.

Re: Forged crank
I have a stock 3.8 block and would like to keep everything from there.

Re: Forged crank
No idea of cost. Some of the TR engine builders would be your best source of info. Scat is one source of forged stock block Buick cranks I've heard mentioned. http://www.scatcrankshafts.com
Hopefully once more people get back on the site, we'll get such questions answered rapidly.

Re: Forged crank
Buick is out of the cranks. You can get a billet crank for $2500+ from Scat, Crower, LABillet, and I'm sure others. Eagle just introduced a stock stroke forged crank for $700 list price, available for about $550 from some vendors. It is stock stroke but set up for internal balance which means you will need a new balancer and flexplate (which you should get if you run 10's anyway).
