Tranny Trouble
PUT A SUPPOSED REBUILT TRANNY IN MY GN... WHEN I PUT THE CAR IN FIRST GEAR.. IT LOCKS UP LIKE ITS IN PARK.. AND ON THE PARKING PIN.. BUT IF YOU STEP ON THE GAS IT PUT THE CAR UNDER A LOAD STILL.... WTF??????

It may have a trans brake installed. That is how the ones made for these cars are designed to work. They use a modified valve installed in the valve body which engages first and reverse at the same time when the car is manually shifted into first gear.
Does it work OK otherwise?
