WE5 code--is that for white letter tire option on an 86 GN

Was the WE5 option code for white letter tires?
Also were the Goodyear Eagle GT's the tire offered or was it the BFG's?

QYH were the whilte letter tires.

Eagle GTs where the only tires - black or white letter.
