Check out the parts for sale in this forum, or call Postons for a new one, or a junk yard. Easy!

One from a normal regal from 85-87 will be the same, you just have to take the buick emblum off the top of the header panel and fill it... pretty easy

I have seen it called a header panel. they are around. New. Is the front clip the whole front end, forward of the firewall? That's what I thought. A new one without the emblem is cheaper.

Check out Lauren Engineering in the Vendors listing. They make new Fiberglass replicas for Camaros/Monte Carlos/Regals.
